American rapper, Jelly Roll and his wife, Bunnie XO, who is a popular podcast host have officially filed for divorce after 10 years of marriage, leaving their fans heartbroken. For the unversed, in the past 10 years, Bunnie and Jelly have been the most loved and celebrated couples, who have never shied away from talking about the highs and lows of their relationship. If reports are to be believed, Jelly Roll was born on December 4, 1984. According to this, he will turn 42 years old in 2026. On the other hand, his estranged wife, Bunnie XO was born on January 22, 1980, and she turned 46 years old in 2026. As per the reports, the couple, who is currently undergoing a divorce, share a small age gap of only four years.

Bunnie XO and Jelly Roll’s decade-long relationship

If reports are believed to be true, Bunnie and Jelly first met at one of the latter’s shows in Las Vegas. While there is not much known about their first meeting, reports claim that the duo soon began dating after meeting. And a year later, in 2016, they tied the knot, a few hours after getting engaged. Well, for the unversed, in August 2016, Jelly proposed to Bunnie during a concert, and the same night, they got married at a wedding chapel. After the wedding, Bunnie became the stepmother to Jelly Roll’s daughter, Bailee.

Over the years, both Bunnie and Jelly achieved major milestones in their career; however, they kept their personal life private. Years later, in 2022, they made their first red carpet appearance. In 2023, they renewed their wedding vows, reportedly in the same chapel, where they originally got married. In late 2024, the country singer opened up about the secret of his healthy marriage and stated that they make sure to spend time with each other once in two weeks. In his words:

“Fourteen days has been our rule kind of from the beginning. We actually just implemented that same rule with our 16-year-old [daughter Bailee]. Because we realized that we were going a month or two at a time without seeing her, and I was like, this just needs to be family.” 

Why are Bunnie XO and Jelly Roll getting divorced?

On June 15, 2026, reports claimed that Bunnie and Jelly are heading for a divorce after 10 years of togetherness. Reportedly, it was Jelly, who filed a divorce case on May 18, 2026; however, they have been separated since May 9, 2026. While the exact reason behind their divorce have not been revealed, as per the court documents, the singer cited ‘irreconcilable differences’. Amid that, do you know that Jelly cheated on his wife for nearly 10 months in 2018? Yes, that’s true.

Soon after the marriage, Jelly had reportedly been in a few relationships, cheating on his wife, Bunnie XO. Later, he admitted to those mistakes and described them as “worst moments of my adulthood.” However, Bunnie chose to forgive and reconcile with him. At that time, multiple netizens questions her decision and asked her to leave him. In 2026, Bunnie addressed the same and shared:

“A lot of people… are like, ‘Why didn’t you leave?’ And I’m like, ‘I did leave.’ I did leave him and we were split for about 30 days. But I just loved that man so much that I just really, truly believe that he deserved a second chance.”
