According to investigators, Lisa and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are accused of placing a hidden recording device in her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein’s car in 2023 during their divorce proceedings. The investigation began after Lenny reported finding a digital audio recorder in his car. He also claimed that the TV star was listening to his personal conversations for years.
In May 2023, reports started making the rounds online, with Lenny claiming that the Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein, had planted a “listening device” under his car to “monitor” his phone calls. According to the court documents, Leonard ‘Lenny’ Hochstein has claimed that she placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation”, which “compromised the integrity” of their ongoing divorce battle. However, at the time, Lisa denied the claims to Page Six as “nonsense”.
The warrant alleges that in 2023, Lenny loaned his new silver Mercedes-Benz GLS 600 Maybach to Lisa after she requested him to borrow it. Lisa reportedly said she wanted to buy one for herself. After two days, Lisa returned the vehicle, and Lenny “noticed a suspicious device in the driver’s seat floorboard,” which was ultimately identified as a “hidden recorder.” As per the warrant:
