The critics say that among other ample skills exhibited by Dodgers baseball people, they somehow get their prospects overrated on important but imprecise or even inaccurate prospect lists. One executive suggested Hope’s ranking (No. 25 by MLB) might be close since they see him as a potential multi-time MLB All-Star.
