Cruz and Romeo Beckham have both shared touching posts with their younger sister on social media since her oldest sibling, Brooklyn, made accusations about her attempt at visiting him

Cruz and Romeo Beckham publicly backed their sister Harper after the family were accused “choreographing” her attempt to visit brother Brooklyn Beckham. The 14-year-old was photographed looking down in the dumps on Friday, June 12, as she approached her sibling’s Beverly Hills home before leaving again just moments later.

Just after Harper left the area of the property that Brooklyn shares with his wife Nicola Peltz, the Beckham family were accused of “using Harper as a pawn,” by Brooklyn, 27, and Nicola’s camp. However, friends of Victoria and David Beckham have reportedly slammed the “nasty accusation levelled at an innocent young girl”.

Romeo, 23, meanwhile called his little sister his “favourite person ever” while sharing a selfie of them on Instagram. In the snap he was wearing a Brazil jacket from his clothing label Intra as they pulled funny faces. The latest drama for the family emerged after Harper attended the £14million Los Angeles property, reportedly carrying a handwritten letter for Brooklyn.

Representatives for Brooklyn and Nicola said: “[The fact] that photographers were in place as the letter was hand delivered says it all – this was choreographed for the cameras.”

Friends of Victoria and David then said: “It is incredibly sad that this horrible accusation is being levelled at an innocent young girl who just desperately misses her brother. Nothing needed to be said at all so to invent this nasty accusation is really unnecessary.”

They also claimed that Brooklyn hasn’t had any contact with Harper or his grandparents since he fell out with his parents. It has also been confirmed that Brooklyn was not in California at the time of Harper’s visit.

He shared an Instagram story where he was seen out for a run in New York City, meaning he was thousands of miles away when Harper visited. Harper was visiting LA with her family as they watched their father be honoured with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

The former England football captain avoided discussing their family issues in interviews surrounding his honour. He was quizzed on what toll months of headlines surrounding the feud had taken on him, to which he responded: “To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a private matter. That’s the one thing that I don’t want to talk about.”

Victoria previously admitted parenting her children as they get older while under intense scrutiny is hard. She told the Wall Street Journal: “Being a parent of young adult children and adult children, gosh, I mean, it’s very different from having little children. I think that we’re trying to do the best we can.”

Victoria also admitted that the negative stories from recent months had not affected her fashion and beauty empire. She admitted, “I think that ultimately people are buying my product because the product is really good. I don’t think they’re buying my eyeliner just because it’s me.”
