Sahara Ray’s sudden death has left everyone shocked; amid that, her alleged boyfriend, Christopher Miles, has shared a lengthy video message on his Instagram handle, alleging that the model took her own life. In the video posted on October 20, 2026, Miles said Sahara helped his friend a few years ago, even though she was going through her own struggles.
Christopher Miles revealed that Sahara Ray also suffered from Bipolar Personality Disorder (BPD), and had tried helping his friend get help. While his friend died two months later by suicide, he shared that Sahara, too, took her life on October 18, 2026. He was quoted as saying:
“Sent her a five-minute-long voice message just saying, ‘It is going to be okay; you got this. I struggle with BPD as well; I understand.’ Like telling her that, ‘This facility is amazing’, that they helped her out, and there are people who care about her. And fast-forward two months, Dalilah takes her own life, and on October 18, 2026, Sahara takes her own life, and it’s crazy; I don’t know what it means sometimes. I miss them a lot, and I wish I could have done more, but I know it’s all part of life.”

In the video shared by Christopher Miles, he looked visibly upset as he spoke about the late friend. While he initially called her his friend, later in the video he admitted that she was his girlfriend and completely out of his league. Miles revealed that he had previously reached out to Sahara to talk to his friend, Dalilah. He recalled how he was trying to get his friend help and said:
“I keep trying to record this video, and I don’t know how to articulate sh*t correctly, so I am just going to f*cking speak. I just want to talk about my friend Sahara, who just passed away. And give you an example of how pure a person she was, how kind she could be. Two years ago, I had a friend named Dalilah, who was staying with me for a couple of months in LA, and I was trying to get into a rehab facility.”
Christopher revealed that his friend was struggling with the same things Sahara Ray was, so he reached out to the model, hoping getting her perspective would help. He shared that there was no need for Sahara to help him or his friend, but being the kind soul she was, she reached out to her and sent a five-minute-long voice note. Christopher Miles was quoted as saying:
“I noticed that she was struggling with some of the same things I noticed Sahara used to struggle with. So I reached out to Sahara because I know she has been through the same things, the same demons, and I wanted her to reach out to Dalilah to give her a girl’s perspective or just guide her along and help her out. Sahara sent her a five-minute-long voice message when she was going through her own sh*t; she didn’t have to do this at all.”
For the unversed, Sahara Ray passed away on October 18, 2026. Her death was confirmed by her family in a statement to TMZ. The model’s death came 10 months after she welcomed her baby girl, Snow Ray. While Christopher Miles alleged he was dating Sahara, the publication reported the baby girl’s father as Michael Bradley Dow. Nonetheless, both Miles and Sahara have pictures with each other on their Instagram handle.
However, whether Christopher and Sahara were together at the time of her death remains unclear. As per the birth certificate they obtained, Snow was born at 12:19 AM on January 27, 2026, in a Los Angeles hospital.
