Aaron Farinacci, 37, was arrested Monday on suspicion of first-degree arson in connection with the Old Trails Fire, the largest of three wildfires burning around Spokane. The fires have destroyed over 700 buildings, forced over 60,000 people to evacuate, and devastated communities in and around Washington’s second-largest city. Farinacci has a prior felony manslaughter conviction in Arizona.
