As if L.A.B. Golf’s putters weren’t already head-turning enough, now four models are available in a striking limited-edition color: Black Cherry.
L.A.B. Golf (short for Lie, Angle, Balance) putters made their debut in 2018, and quickly gained traction for their unorthodox looks and game-changing innovation. The putters are specifically designed to make stroking the ball squarely as easy and natural as possible, using a patented technology that eliminates a typical putter’s propensity to twist the face open or closed through impact. J.J. Spaun helped put L.A.B. Golf on the map last year when he hit his U.S. Open-winning putt with L.A.B. Golf’s DF3 putter. Other L.A.B. Golf users on Tour include Viktor Hovland, Adam Scott and Lucas Glover.
The L.A.B. Golf line of putters currently includes 10 different head shapes, many of which are available in an array of colors. But L.A.B. Golf’s newest seasonal hue, Black Cherry, a rich shade of deep purple, is only available in four of those models: the VZN.1i, DF2.1, OZ.1i and DF3i. This limited-edition look is perfect for the upcoming winter months, and makes a great gift idea for the golfer who already has everything.

We know… it looks a little funny. DF 2.1 users often spend the first few holes catching flak about the way their putter looks. And as the putts keep falling, they spend the rest of the round fielding questions from their playing partners about why it works so well.

Plenty of players aim poorly, whether they know it or not. We created VZN.1i to make aiming easy, with a head that’s optically optimized to show you precisely where the face is pointing. We gave VZN.1i three powerful alignment aids that work together to provide what the experts call “visual guidance.” That includes a system of lines on the crown, some parallel to your target-line, some perpendicular to it, that clearly indicate how the face is aligned.
And after VZN.1i locks in your aim, its zero torque properties and lie angle balance technology are on call to help the putterhead swing on a pure and unerring path.

Ever since we launched our first putter, Directed Force, golfers have been asking if we could make it less weird. DF3 was that putter. And ever since we created DF3, golfers have been asking if we could make one with an insert.
DF3i does everything golfers love about the original. It stays square by itself. It’s still irrationally forgiving on mishits. But it now has a stainless steel insert for golfers who want a faster, firmer feel at impact.
