Snoop Dogg hits stage in hilarious Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto shirt

Snoop Dogg paid tribute to Shohei Ohtani and Yoshinobu Yamamoto while performing in Miami over the weekend, and the homage to the Dodgers stars was hilarious.

The rapper hit the stage at E11EVEN on Saturday night to fire up a crowd ahead of Sunday’s Formula One Miami Grand Prix, and he threw on a shirt just prior to taking the microphone that showed some big love to Ohtani and Yamamoto.

The tee had images of the Los Angeles All-Stars wearing snazzy suits and a bunch of blinged-out jewelry.

It all actually looked very similar to what Snoop and Tupac donned when they attended the MTV Video Music Awards back in 1996.

Snoop ended up putting on quite the show in the top, lighting up on stage while belting out tunes like “Ain’t No Fun.”

It’s hardly the first time Snoop’s repped the Dodgers over the years — the Long Beach native has consistently sported blue and white throughout his career.

In 2008, he threw out a ceremonial first pitch ahead of a Dodgers game while wearing an LA jersey. In 2002, he performed at the 29th Annual American Music Awards in head-to-toe Dodgers gear.

Yamamoto and Ohtani play next later Monday against the Astros — no word yet if they’ve got plans to return the favor to Snoop while in Houston.
