MANGO announces that Jonathan Andic has decided to temporarily step away from his responsibilities within the company, as he explained in an open letter issued today.
In an internal communication addressed to MANGO employees, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Toni Ruiz conveyed to Jonathan Andic his utmost respect, understanding and support. In his message, Ruiz also reaffirmed the strength and significance of MANGO’s success story, stating that “the company is in the strongest moment of its history. Ruiz also expressed his gratitude for the many messages of care and support that MANGO has been receiving in recent days from around the world. He also encouraged everyone across the company to remain united and continue driving MANGO’s legacy forward with ambition.
For its part, the members of the Board of Directors unanimously endorse Mr. Ruiz’s remarks and join the Andic Family in expressing their support for Jonathan. They further express their full confidence that the legal proceedings will be resolved favourably and trust that this will happen as swiftly as possible.
