Hyderabad:The Hyderabad District Election Authority as advised electors in the city to submit their enumeration forms for the special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral roll early and not wait till the last date on August 10.
Information is available on the websites ceotelangana.nic.in, voters.eci.gov.in, or the Voter Helpline – 1950.
The mobile number of the booth level officer (BLO) is printed on the enumeration form, and electors could contact them for assistance. Once the form is completed, the BLO would collect it from the elector’s residence. Alternatively, the completed form may be submitted at the designated collection centre or the ERO concerned.
Electors may also submit the form online through the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal, if their name in the Aadhaar card and Electronic Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC) card is the same.
Electors who have not received the forms for various reasons may visit the ECI portal to identify the details and contact number of their BLO. The authority said failure to submit the form within the stipulated time may result in the elector’s name not being included in the draft electoral roll.
