Sydney Sweeney has taken to her Instagram account to share some snaps of her toned physique as she promotes her new underwear brand collection.

Sydney Sweeney has shown off her toned ab muscles in new snaps shared to her Instagram. In a promotional post for her brand, SYRN, Sydney posed in a kitchen showing off her fit and toned body in her underwear.

The Euphoria actress captioned the post: “Are you a a small town girl? New drop out now.” Fans flocked to the comments to show their support, with one person writing: “Super gorgeous as always, dear Sydney.

Another penned: “You’re absolutely amazing WOW,” while another commented: “So cute and lovely and strong too.”

Sydney’s fit physique will come as no surprise to fans, given how vocal she’s been about her love of all things fitness, health and working out.

The 28-year-old Hollywood star recently revealed her love of Solidcore, a fitness workout described as a “high intensity, low impact full body workout on a pilates inspired reformer”.

“With the lights down and music up, you’ll find a stronger version of yourself by the first song change. Our core workout utilities slow and controlled movements scientifically designed to break down muscles so they build back stronger.”

Raving about Solidcore, Sydney told Women’s health it was “one of the greatest workouts you could do”, admitting she heads to the studio between two and three times per week.

“It just makes me feel so toned and strong, but also elongated, and I feel so good doing that,” she told the publication.

The star is also well known for her participation in Mixed Martial Arts, with her mum driving her to an MMA academy in Los Angeles when she was just 13-years-old.

Her former MMA coach Arthur Chivichyan revealed just how impressive she was even back then: “Sydney was a tough, competitive person,” Chivichyan told the Daily Mail. “And yes, it’s true. She would beat up guys.”

He explained that the gym was “99% men”, the kind of place where people “get knocked out”, rather than a more gentle jiu-jitsu training ground.

“She wasn’t a crybaby,” he added. “She trained hard, sweat dripping down her face, hair messy, and she didn’t care.

“We treated her just like any other student and when any new guys joined, she would beat a lot of them up.”

The trainer backed Sydney’s character, as well, saying she hasn’t let fame get to her head. When he and members of the Hayastan Academy met with Sydney at Shake Shack before her private screening of boxing movie Christy, she greeted them with hugs and spent an hour catching up.

Chivichyan said: “She didn’t have to do that. But she cared. She said if we host a screening for students, she will come and surprise them. That’s the real Sydney.”
