Nagarjuna is currently working on his landmark 100th project, tentatively titled King 100. The film will be directed by Naveen (Ra) Karthik, who rose to fame with Made in Korea. According to the latest reports, Tabu is set to join the cast, marking a notable reunion for the duo who last shared the screen 28 years ago.
Tabu shared a glimpse from the sets of King 100 on social media, posting a picture of the film’s clapboard resting on a black leather couch, a fitting tribute to the movie’s regal theme. She captioned the post: “And we begin with #King100 #Nagarjuna @annapurnastudios.”
While the working title is King 100, the film is reportedly being titled Asurudu and will be released in multiple languages.
Tabu was last seen in Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar and directed by Priyadarshan. Released on April 16, 2026, the film also featured Paresh Rawal, Jisshu Sengupta, Rajpal Yadav, and Wamiqa Gabbi in key roles. Up next, Tabu is set to appear in Slumdog: 33 Temple Road alongside Vijay Sethupathi.
Meanwhile, Nagarjuna recently made a buzz with his guest appearance in Rajinikanth’s Coolie.
