Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh said that he would never forget the activists who had walked along with him in the Yuvagalam padayatra. He had an opportunity to meet and greet them at the wedding of Kamma Sankshema, Development Corporation chairman Nadendla Brahmam Chowdary held in Tirupati. He said that his bonding with the TD activists is eternal.

He acknowledged their crucial role in the success of Yuvagalam during his 15-minute interaction with them. Reminiscing the oppression the TD cadre faced during the YSRC regime, he appreciated the TD activists for making the padayatra a success. The TD always strives for the empowerment of party activists as it believes ‘activist is the leader’.

Lokesh iterated that the government was committed to fulfilling all the election promises. Measures have been taken for providing 20 lakh jobs in the state. As part of it, the government is putting in efforts for releasing a job calendar, filling up teacher and constable posts, he said.
