Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao asked all the Special Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries to send agenda items duly approved in circulation for consideration of the Council of Ministers, along with Telugu Translation to General Administration (Cabinet) Department by 6 pm on Tuesday, positively.
In case of no agenda items, a NIL report may be sent on time, he said, asking all the Special Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries to Government to be available at headquarters during the meeting.
