Hyderabad:The state government has sanctioned for the establishment of 200 Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class Courts across Telangana.
The High Court’s registrar of vigilance had requested sanctions for the establishment of 594 new magistrates, with the necessary staff, infrastructure and budget. Following the request, secretary of legal affairs, legislative affairs and justice B. Papi Reddy passed the orders for the establishment of 200 magistrates in the first phase.
The 200 new magistrates will be located across 90 locations. The Hyderabad Sessions Judge will have 10 new magistrates, eight with Malkajgiri, Rajendranagar and Rangareddy at LB Nagar respectively, six with at Hanamkonda, Karimnagar, Khammam, Medchal, Kukatpally and Sangareddy respectively.
Five new magistrate courts will be established in Uppal at LB Nagar and Rangareddy at Kukatpally respectively, four magistrates in City Civil Court at Hyderabad, Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal at Hanamkonda respectively, followed by three in Sircilla, Hayathnagar, Huzurnagar and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.
Secunderabad, Jangaon, Bhupalpally, Kamareddy, Mahbubabad, Mancherial, Devarakonda, Miryalaguda, Godavarikhani, Chevella, Shadnagar, Siddipet, Gajwel, Suryapet, Wanaparthy and Choutuppal will receive two magistrates courts each, and Adilabad, Bhadrachalam, Manugur, Parkal, Metpalli, Korutla, Dharmapuri, Station Ghanpur, Gadwal, Alampur, Banswada, Huzurabad, Sathupalli, Madhira, Sirpur, Thorrur, Mahbubnagar, Jedcherla, Chennur, Bellampally, Luxettipet, Mulugu, Nagarkurnool, Atchampet, Kalwakurthy, Nakrekal, Nidamanur, Narayanpet, Kosgi, Nirmal, Bhainsa, Armoor, Bodhan, Peddapalli, Sulthanabad, Manthani, Vemulawada, Ibrahimpatnam, Amangal, Narayankhed, Zaheerabad, Husnabad, Kodad. Thungathurthy, Vikarabad, Pargi, Thandur, Athmakur, Narsampet, Ramannapet and Alair will receive one magistrate each.
