Three-Day ‘Six Sigma’ Training Programme Launched at Nims for Hospital Management Students

Hyderabad: A special three-day training programme on ‘Six Sigma’ for Master of Hospital Management (MHM) students and resident medical officers (RMOs) was launched on Friday at the learning centre in the Nims old building. The programme is being conducted under by the Nims administration department in coordination with Dr Martha Ramesh, the Six Sigma Training coordinator.

Speaking at the inaugural session, Nims director Prof. Rahul Devaraj noted about the importance of the Six Sigma methodology in enhancing quality standards within hospital administration. He advised students and medical officers to develop a comprehensive understanding of modern management practices to ensure the delivery of quality medical services.
