The 50-year-old golf star was arrested on March 27, 2026, after his SUV flipped while he tried to overtake another vehicle at high speed. Police later found pills on him, and he now faces multiple charges. As per the Daily Mail, Woods has started a 90-day rehab program, and early signs from people close to him suggest he is responding well to treatment.

A source shared that he is working with a pain management doctor who is helping him deal with long-term body pain without using addictive drugs. The insider said, “He’s responding well to treatment, and Vanessa is very happy with what she’s hearing.” Vanessa Trump, who has been in a relationship with Woods for around 18 months, has stayed in close contact with him. 

The report says Woods speaks to a small group of people through calls or Zoom, including Vanessa, his children, and his longtime manager Mark Steinberg. Vanessa has also shown public support. About a week after the arrest, she posted a photo with Woods on Instagram and wrote, “Love you.” This came at a time when there were rumours about their relationship being in trouble. However, the same report says, Vanessa also made it clear that Woods needed serious professional help. She did not want him to go through the same problems again.
