Tirumala: A construction worker from Tamil Nadu died on Tuesday after accidentally falling from a three-storey building during repair work on Tirumala hill in Andhra Pradesh.
The worker, identified as Manikandan, 35, of Vaniyambadi in Tirupattur district, sustained severe injuries after he slipped and fell while repairing a water tank near the Avadhuta Datta Peetham. He was rushed to RUIA Hospital in Tirupati, where he died while undergoing treatment.
Tirumala police have registered a case and initiated an investigation into the accident.
