Tony Romo reportedly was arrested for driving under the influence Thursday night in Milwaukee County, per WISN 12 News.
Per the arrest-detention report, Romo was stopped on the road around 8 p.m. while driving southbound on I-43 and failed to pass standard field sobriety tests.
Then the former Cowboys quarterback and member of CBS’ NFL broadcast team was taken into custody for OWI book and release.
A first-offense OWI in Wisconsin is typically a civil offense and not a criminal charge.
It typically carries a fine ranging from $150-$300.
