Tori Spelling Pays Heartfelt Tribute To Her Ex-BF, Patrick Muldoon, Amid His Death, ‘Last Saw Him..’

The much-loved actor, Patrick Muldoon unexpectedly passed away on April 19, 2026, at the age of 57. Reportedly, the Days of Our Lives actor died due to a heart attack. Ever since his death, a lot of attention has shifted to his personal life and past relationships. One of them is Patrick’s ex-girlfriend, Tori Spelling. Recently, the actress penned a long note for the late actor and also revealed her regret amid Patrick’s death.

Tori Spelling shares first post after her ex-boyfriend, Patrick Muldoon’s death

Recently, Tori Spelling took to her Instagram handle to share a series of photos with the much-loved actor, Patrick Muldoon. Along with it, she penned a heart-wrenching note, in which she mentioned that she was not ready to write a post for the actor. The actress then recalled her good times with Patrick and mentioned that she had a crush on his character, ‘Austin’. She also described the late actor as the most beautiful soul. A part of her note can be read as:

“This post took me a couple days. I wasn’t ready to write because then it felt real. And, this shouldn’t be real. @thepatrickmuldoon and I met on a blind date. Which thankfully wasn’t a blind date at all because we were both on a tv series. Like every other girl in the world I crushed on his character Austin from Days of Our Lives. Not sure I ever disclosed that to him. What I met and ultimately fell in love w/ was not just a beautiful on the outside creature but the most beautiful soul. He was special and one of a kind.”

Tori Spelling continued by sharing that Patrick Muldoon was very passionate about everything he did and he loved to make everyone smile around him. Tori and Patrick shared their love of “Broncos, guitars, goofing off, playing tag, and Grease!”. Further, in her note, the actress also revealed that she was very close to Patrick’s sister. Recalling that bond, Tori shared:

“I also fell in love w/his sister @shanazappa. Their close brother sister relationship reminded me of my brother. His parents are amazing as well. I loved how close their family unit was! Professionally he always showed up. And, was a true hype man 4 those he cared about. He was a huge part of my formative 20’s. We went on to be good friends! Still laughing & always caring. Decades later I found him to be such a true friend/hype man when I was going thru my divorce. He would call and check on me and send me the worst jokes to make me laugh. He loved when I rolled my eyes. Now I miss those stupid jokes. I last saw him past summer.”

Towards the end of the note, Tori Spelling recalled the moment, Patrick Muldoon met his soulmate, Miriam. Tori explained that she got along very well with Miriam. According to the actress, Miriam was the perfect balance in Patrick’s life. Further, Tori shared that she regrets not setting a dinner with Patrick and Miriam. The last part of Tori Spelling’s note can be read as:

“Don’t believe in regrets but regret not setting that dinner w/him & Miriam after that. Life is short. Set that dinner. We called each other F*ckface. That was us! I’m sorry to his family and the world for a beautiful light put out too soon. LoveU 4EVR F*ckFace.”

Later, he also worked in Melrose Place and Starship Troopers. On April 19, 2026, he unexpectedly passed away at the age of 57.
