Toxic makers unveil new poster of Kiara Advanis character Nadia on her birthday

On Kiara Advani’s birthday, the makers of her upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups unveiled a brand-new poster, offering a fresh glimpse of her character, Nadia. The striking poster is a close-up of Kiara’s face, with the actress sporting smoky eye makeup and bold red lips as she stares intensely into the camera.

Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, “Wishing a very Happy Birthday to our Nadia – @kiaraaliaadvani ❤️‍🔥 – Team #Toxic.”

Earlier this month, the makers released the official music video of Tabaahi, the film’s first song, which gave audiences an extended look at Yash and Kiara’s on-screen chemistry.

Apart from Yash and Kiara Advani, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups also stars Tara Sutaria, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi, among others. The film is directed by Geetu Mohandas.

Recently, Kiara opened up about working on the project and revealed that Geetu Mohandas had asked her not to greet anyone on set so that she could remain immersed in her character throughout the shoot.

“Geetu is like, okay, tomorrow when you come on set, I want you to be… and I’m a person when I walk on set I’m always like, ‘Hi, what’s up, good morning’, I’m that person. And she’s like, ‘I don’t want pleasantries, I want you to come in that zone, no hi hello, not your team, nobody, just be in a zone today’,” Kiara told Bombay Times.

Kiara further opened up by sharing that she faced challenges while working on the film because they also had to shoot in Kannada. “Working in Kannada, I think I would say Toxic has been challenging because it’s for the first time that we shot in both English and Kannada. We would do the same scene. So this shot was an English shot first till we got the take right. Then we do the Kannada take, because you’re, at least for someone like me, Kannada not being my language, mugging up my dialogues literally the night before,” she said.

Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups was shot in English and Kannada and will be released in multiple languages, including Hindi.
