Madanpalle: Reliance Industries Executive Director Anant Ambani expressed his happiness over participating in the unveiling of the foundation stone plaque for the Global Horticulture Hub and Indian School of Agriculture in Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking at the event, Anant Ambani said he was honoured to be part of the initiative and requested Chandrababu Naidu to treat him as “Son of Andhra”.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Anant Ambani jointly unveiled the foundation stone plaque for the Global Horticulture Hub and Indian School of Agriculture.

The Andhra Pradesh government and Reliance Industries also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the establishment and management of the Indian School of Agriculture.

Anant Ambani thanked Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for placing his trust in Reliance and collaborating with the company on the project. He assured that Reliance Industries would extend its full support to the Indian School of Agriculture.

He also told Naidu that Reliance was ready to provide any further assistance required for the development of the institution and asked the Chief Minister to guide them on the support needed.

He said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Andhra Bhoomi is transforming into a “Swarna Bhoomi”. He applauded the visionary leadership and said that every part of India is witnessing unprecedented change. He added that everyone should contribute to the vision of building a “Viksit Bharat”.
