Hyderabad: In view of the ongoing strike by Telangana State Road Transport Corporation employees, the corporation has issued a notification inviting applications for temporary recruitment of drivers and conductors in the Secunderabad region.
According to the press release, vacancies are available across 12 depots under the Secunderabad regional jurisdiction. Interested candidates have been asked to directly approach the Regional Manager’s office at Jubilee Bus Station (JBS), Secunderabad, or visit the respective depots for further details.
Candidates applying for conductor posts must have passed Class 10 and carry their original certificates. Those applying for driver positions should possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence along with a minimum of 18 months of driving experience.
Officials stated that the recruitment is being conducted on an urgent basis to ensure continuity of services during the strike. Applicants have been advised to report immediately with the necessary documents.
