Twisha Sharma’s Husband Samarth, MIL Recreate Without Grief On 80 Kg Dummy Of How They Got Her Down

Twisha Sharma died by suicide on May 12, 2026, at her matrimonial house in Bhopal. In the latest turn of events, a team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had visited Twisha’s in-laws’ home, where she stayed with her husband, Samarth Singh and mother-in-law, Giribala Singh. The CBI reconstructed the events on the night Twisha died by suicide, and a video has surfaced of Samarth showcasing how he got Twisha’s body down.

Twisha Sharma’s husband, Samarth Singh and her mother-in-law, Giribala, were taken to their home. The CBI had conducted a high-stakes reconstruction of the crime scene using an 80-kg dummy and a belt to recreate the events of that night. A video has now gone viral, where Samarth is seen holding the 80 kg dummy, which had a belt tied around the neck. He demonstrated of how he got the body of Twisha down while his mom, Giribala, showcased how she pulled the belt from her neck.

Samarth and Giribala were seen conversing with the CBI officers. The chain of events was a dramatic reenactment at Giribala Singh’s Bhopal residence. Both Giribala and Samarth were told to demonstrate their version of events. The CBI team had recreated Twisha’s final moments to test whether the statements given by Giribala and Samarth matched the physical evidence, forensic findings and the layout of the house.

Netizens feel Samarth Singh and Giribala Singh have no remorse over the demise of Twisha

The CBI had used an 80 kg dummy body to kind of recreate the chain of events in the presence of the accused Samarth and Giribala. A netizen seeing the video of recreation wrote, “This lady doesn’t have any grief on her face, let alone fear. Giribala is taking CbI to her home. Ye aise gracefully walk karti hui ja rahi hai jaise ise case ki tehkikaat ke liye bulaya hai Giribala. Looks like she is the CBI officer here. I have never seen such a demonstration on TV news channel, such a drama is happening there.”  One said:

“Is this a joke? Are the accused recreating their crime or how they watched the victim hang herself? Saas to criminology ke bahut sey courses ki hai uska main subject crime ke barey mein hai husband also criminal lawyer kya hi aur hona hai. Cat walk kartey guy a rahey hai jesey bool rahey khhel loo jittna khelna hai. Please god, ess baar justice kar do, Twisha ko justice dey do. Why did they bring her down was my first question…should have asked the police to come and take her out”?

Twisha Sharma’s brother, Major Harshit Sharma, shared that he has faith in the investigation

Twisha Sharma, a Noida resident, married Samarth Singh in December 2025. Both reportedly met on Jeevansaathi.com. After the demise of Twisha, her family claimed that she was tortured due to dowry-related harassment by Samarth and his family. Serious charges have been pressed against the mother and son under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Twisha Sharma’s brother, Major Harshit Sharma, in an interview with ANI, revealed that his family believes that the truth will be out during the investigation. He revealed that the case now is not related to just his sister, Twisha and shared:

“We are gathered here today to express the unity and support we are receiving. So many people have come forward to stand with us. A gathering was organised by the society, and we are here to attend it. We have full faith that the truth will come out.”
