Two children and three other people were miraculously found alive and rescued after being stranded on a tiny boat in the Pacific Ocean for three months, officials said.

The group was among nine who set off from the island of Murilo in Micronesia for a one-hour tour on July 30, before being swept away at sea during a powerful storm, the US Sun reported.

The tempest knocked the tiny vessel wildly off course and they were finally found off Fanning Island, an isle part of the island nation of Kiribati, according to authorities.

A search by the US Coast Guard of Micronesia canvassed 25,000 nautical miles for the group, before the command eventually called off the search on Aug. 9.

Officials said the seafarers were found nearly 3,400 miles off course from where they had originally set sail.

Locals spotted the survivors three months after they disappeared, rushing to save them.

Kiribati MP Kaotitaake Rakoroa said the crew then received medical attention and are currently in the care of a local pastor.

The local member of parliament also urged that they be transported to Kiribati Island for further treatment.

Authorities released photos of the ragged crew, who have requested privacy.

No updates have been made for the four others who originally set out with the crew.

Micronesian and Kiribati officials said they’re working on returning the crew back home, as Micronesian politician Alexander Narruhn said “[t]hanks be to God” the crew were found.

“We continued to pray for their four companions,” Narruhn added.
