Prabhas plays a ruthless, intense police officer taking on a powerful mafia syndicate — a gritty departure from his usual larger-than-life roles. Vanga has envisioned Spirit as the foundation of a larger “cop universe,” with a climax designed to set up a sequel. In line with his Animal workflow, he reportedly prepared 70% of the background score before filming began. The ambitious schedule spans Mumbai, Mexico, Thailand and Indonesia.
