Venezuela Fury has insisted she is “not bothered” by those who have criticised her decision to get married at the age of 16 as she appeared in her first TV interview with her new husband
Venezuela Fury has insisted she is “not bothered” by those who have criticised her decision to get married. The influencer, 16, tied the knot with Noah Price, 19, in an extravagant showbiz wedding that all took place on the Isle of Man last month.
Now, the At Home With The Furys star, who is the daughter of boxer Tyson Fury and former Loose Women panellist, has spoken out in her first joint TV alongside her husband where she insisted that the opinions of strangers do not matter to her.
Speaking on Monday’s edition of This Morning, she told Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard: “I think as long as it’s not my family or my friends, they are the most people what matter to me, then I ain’t bothered.
“I don’t like people being unkind, I don’t agree with people spreading badness where they shouldn’t be. I’ve carried on with my life. Everyone’s gotta start somewhere, so I’ve started young.”
Meanwhile, Venezuela has enjoyed fame through her family’s hit Netflix reality show and teased that she and her husband could be about to enjoy showbiz success in their own right.
When Cat asked if their own reality show was on the cards, Venezuela said: “I would love to. We’re looking into it and I think it would be great.”
Fans might remember that on the big day, Venezuela opted to wear Crocs and large sunglasses with her wedding dress, and when pressed on whether the shades were a “calculated move,” she insisted that was not the case and actually stemmed from a far more emotional place.
She explained: “I was crying my eyes out [with my dad] all morning,” and insisted that was why she opted to wear the dramatic Gucci shades, as Noah added: “It was emotional. She looked beautiful. It gives you a warm feeling inside your heart'”
Earlier this year, The Sun reported that Noah had bought the £46,995 chalet as a wedding gift for his wife.
The two-bedroom caravan, located in a gated compound close to Chesterfield, Derbyshire, is named The Manor House and boasts an open-plan kitchen and living area, with cream carpets, white walls and gold detailing.
The living room has space for a large flat-screen television and fireplace below it, while the kitchen cupboards are white with golden handles and marble worktops. Sharing a glimpse of their home, Venezuela penned: “R first ever home, so proud of my Noah.” It was also claimed that the pair had received a wedding gift of £5 million from Venezuela’s parents.
A source told The Sun: “Tyson and Paris gave Venezuela and Noah a wedding gift of £5million to kick-start their life. Obviously, they were over the moon. Some family members thought it was a lot of money for a young couple so there were some mixed feelings — but it’s up to Tyson and Paris.”
