CARACAS: Venezuela’s interim president Delcy Rodriguez confirmed Thursday the South American nation would reestablish relations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) after they broke off in 2019.
“We have resumed Venezuela’s representation in this international organization…we are normalizing all processes that involve Venezuela’s rights in the organization,” Rodriguez said during a speech broadcast on Venezuelan state television.
