Keren then explained that she was using ‘ultrasound with radiofrequency’ to boost skin rejuvenation from within and kick wrinkles into touch.

The Mini Lift is Keren’s bespoke treatment, which she tweaks to each client’s requirements. Prices range from £500 to £1,200 a session.
Gruelling workouts
Victoria previously told Elle magazine that she works out six or seven times a week – and is in her leggings by 5.30am.
In her new Netflix documentary, the mum-of-five said she does a “Stairmaster for half an hour” on her own before her personal trainer, Bobby Rich, and husband David arrive, then they do a session together.
“Then I do about an hour with them. It sets me up for the day. It’s that discipline, it’s what I do, and I like routine,” she shared.
The fashion designer also loves running on the treadmill. She previously said that she starts the day with a 7km run with a ‘mix of uphill fast walking, jogging, and running’, while watching boxsets to pass the time.
In 2023, Victoria told Grazia that she was ‘scared of weights’ at the beginning, ‘but it turns out I love them’. She has since incorporated heavyweight liftin into her routine to build muscle and future-proof her health.
Super strict diet
Diet-wise, Victoria is super strict. Claiming she has eaten the same meal for 25 years, she told Vogue: “I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing.” And while revealing that she does drink alcohol, the businesswoman says she is a big fan of detoxing, sharing: “I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink.”
She also revealed she is gluten free, telling the Telegraph: “It was because of my skin that I became very careful about what I ate,’ she told the Telegraph, after revealing that she’s also eliminated wheat and flour from her diet, in addition to meat, sugar, processed foods, dairy and gluten.”
‘Cell rejuvenation’
As one of the world’s most famous women, with millions in the bank, Victoria can get her hands on the latest technology when it comes to skincare.
Sharing her routine with her followers in an Instagram clip, she said showed off her Cell Rejuvenating moisturiser, which she claims works wonders.
Prepping her skin in the video, she said: “My goal really is for my skin to look the best it possibly can. How do I ensure that my skin is looking fresh and hydrated?
“You can start with a cleanser – that is the most important part. It’s how I start my day, it’s how I end my day… every single day.”
Victoria then said that her favourite cleanser is her own beauty brand’s The Daily Cleansing Protocol.
She continued: “I wanted a cleanser that took off my makeup, that took off unwanted oils but didn’t strip my skin of the oils that I want to keep on my skin.”
After removing the cleanser, Victoria said: “Now that my skin feels super clean, I am going to start applying my Power Serum, which I use twice a day every single day.
“I use it over my whole face and neck, but one thing I really like to do is pay attention to the eye area.”
She finishes her routine with a Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturiser with TFC. Claiming the product works a treat for fine lines around the eyes, she concluded: “You really will notice a difference in the fine lines around your eyes. Your skin will feel tight and lifted, but also look at that glow. It really is the most amazing product.”
