Vogue Williams has spoken about a strange interaction that occurred between her and another woman on a footpath just days after she’d welcomed her fourth child into the world
Podcaster and former model Vogue Williams has spoken about a distressing incident that occurred when she was out with three of her children.
Vogue, 40, who has four children with former Made In Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, 38, was out with some of her kids when she revealed an incident at a set of traffic lights.
Vogue and Spencer announced the arrival of baby Remy earlier this month, with the newest edition joining Theodore, eight, Gigi, six, and four-year-old Otto in their now family of six.
However, speaking on a podcast she co-hosts with her sister Amber Wilson, Vogue talked about something shocking that happened when they were standing at a set of lights earlier this month.
Vogue, who was doing school run after collecting Otto and Gig, revealed it all happened over a footpath.
She recalled: “So I’ve taken Remy to collect Gigi and Otto from school and Gigi was on her scooter and Otto was on his bike and we got to the traffic lights and I had just sent someone a quick voice note.
“Like, I mean, a 10 second voice note and they’d already stopped and Otto and Otto was by the traffic lights…It was just telling someone to turn on the oven, that kind of thing, very short.”
And yet, things were about to kick off when a woman with a pram hovered into view. Vogue continued: “Anyway, Otto, they’d stopped at the lights obviously because they do that and Otto was on his bike, but his bike wasn’t in the way of the footpath because it’s quite a big footpath. It’s outside this Tesco. And there’s a woman coming along with a pram. She’s like ‘Whose kid is that?’
“And I was like ‘Woah’, I was like, ‘He’s mine’. She’s like, ‘Get him out of the way’. I was like, ‘He’s not actually in the way if you just, like, go around that way’.”
The interaction soon escalated as the woman soon let out an expletive, something Vogue admitted her daughter Gigi keeps asking about.
Vogue said: “And then [the woman] was like, ‘Look at you on your phone’. And I was like, ‘Oh, okay’. I was like, ‘There’s no need for that’. And then she goes, ‘F*** off!’ And she had a pram with her.
“So now, every time we go to those lights, which is every day, twice a day, Gigi’s like, ‘What did that woman say to you?’”
Vogue’s story comes just weeks after the aforementioned birth of her fourth child Remy, but there are questions over whether it will the duo’s final offspring.
Speaking on the same Vogue and Amber podcast, Vogue admitted she wouldn’t mind another child even if Spencer had apparently said he didn’t, admitting; “I don’t know how I’m going to have no more kids… I just want like pocket fulls.”
