Home destroyed in Canning Vale fire
A house has been destroyed by fire in Canning Vale overnight, with its occupants lucky to escape injury as the blaze tore through the home.
Fire crews smashed windows at the home as they fought to bring the situation under control.
They were called to the home on Pelham Gardens in the early hours of Thursday morning, with the blaze so strong it tore through the roof.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire, but the house was gutted. It is not currently being treated as suspicious.
