On Saturday, the Washington Huskies will welcome a host of recruits across the 2027, 2028, and 2029 classes for their battle with Penn State.
Among that group is four-star quarterback Titus Huard, a product of Valor Christian High School in Colorado. The son of former UW signal caller Brock Huard, whose uncle Damon and cousin Sam have also started games for the Huskies, is ranked as the No. 99 overall prospect and No. 10 player at his position in the 2028 class by Rivals.

The latest in a long line of Huards holds 21 offers with Arizona State, Kansas State, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas Tech, and UCLA all among the programs in pursuit of his services, as Jedd Fisch’s coaching staff presumably sells him on continuing his family’s legacy on Montlake.
During his junior season, the 6-foot-5, 205-pound prospect has completed 71.6 percent of his passes for 2,276 yards and 29 touchdowns with just 3 interceptions across ten games, while displaying a lot of the traits that Fisch’s coaching staff is looking for in its next signal caller.
On film, Huard showcases impressive arm talent, with the ability to push the ball downfield with great touch. He also has an advanced understanding of the position thanks to his background, navigating muddy pockets well with his footwork while keeping his eyes downfield.

After the Huskies saw four-star quarterback Blake Roskopf decommit from the 2027 class on Wednesday, Fisch’s coaching staff has to put a heavy emphasis on the position. Huard appears to be one of Washington’s top targets at quarterback in the 2028 class, alongside in-state three-star AJ Tuivaiave out of Graham Kapowsin High School.
