Belgium have taken a shock lead away in France courtesy of Dodi Lukebakio’s clinical finish.
The two sides are closing out their international period with their fourth games in the Nations League, with Group A1 tightly poised and the winner of this game going top.
France were 1-0 winners in the reverse fixture in Belgium last week, and once again it is the visitors who have gone ahead in this fixture just before half-time.
Romeo Lavia picked up the ball deep in Belgium’s own half and played a defence splitting pass forward for Lukebakio, who made no mistake with the finish.
The goal puts the Red Devils top of Group A1 as it stands, with France slipping to third after Italy went ahead against Turkey.
