The Los Angeles Dodgers are honoring Mexican culture and traditions on Tuesday in the middle stint of a three-game series against the Colorado Rockies.

The schedule for Centerfield Plaza is:

  • 5:10 p.m.: East LA native DJ Que Madre will play her mix of Mexican classics

  • 5:15 p.m.: The Mexican Standoff “will have music lovers of all genres dancing to their vibrant Mexamericana style,” which blends cumbia, mariachi and country influences

  • 5:40 p.m.: CMLL luchadores Máscara Dorada and Xelhua will be interviewed on stage

  • 6 p.m.: The five-piece band Kinky from Monterrey, Mexico, will “have fans grooving to electro-pop songs that pulse with the energy of live norteño and cumbia sounds”

  • 6:35 p.m.: Latin Grammy-nominated DJ Deorro “will have the plaza jumping with his fusion of EDM and musica Mexicana”

On the field, Suemy G will sing the national anthem, activist and labor leader Delores Huerta will throw out the first pitch, and Máscara Dorada and Xelhua will kick off the game with “It’s time for Dodger baseball.”

The newly acquired Eric Lauer will get his first start in Dodger Blue, and the Rockies will start Kyle Freeland.

Both pitchers have a 1-5 record on the season and ERAs close to 7.00.
