As N-Dubz announce plans for a 2027 UK arena tour, the Mirror takes a look at what Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer are up to nowadays, including a mysterious row that unfolded earlier this year

Mere months after N-Dubz fans feared they’d never see the trio on stage together again, a UK reunion tour has been announced for 2027.

Tula ‘Tulisa’ Contostavlos, Costadinos ‘Dappy’ Contostavlos and Richard ‘Fazer’ Rawson will be setting out on their eagerly awaited The Legacy Tour across February and March, with eight arena dates in the diary.

It’s unclear whether the Camden-bred group will be announcing any additional dates, but longtime fans will now doubt have their booking fingers at the ready when pre-sale tickets go on sale from 10 am Wednesday, October 7.

N-Dubz made their mark on British music with their distinct hip-hop sound and use of slang, making hit after hit. After a 11-year hiatus, during which they pursued solo paths, N-Dubz re-formed in May 2022, with their single Charmer followed by a sold-out tour.

It seemed as though the group was riding high once more, but behind the scenes, things weren’t so rosy. Dappy later claimed he hadn’t been paid for the UK arena tour, pledging never to perform with N-Dubz again. It would appear he has now put his grievances aside, but you can safely bet there may be more drama to come.

Here, the Mirror takes a look at the rollercoaster lives of Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer, which have proven eventful whether together or apart…

Dappy

The lead singer of the hip-hop and grime trio, Dappy, was known for his quirky dress sense and statement headwear. It was Dappy who encouraged his cousin Tulisa to join the band, and he was the brainchild behind many of their songs as well as the band’s main writer.

After they went on a hiatus in 2011, Dappy embarked on a solo career, which saw him enter the charts with his single titled ‘No Regrets’. He told The Sun at the time: “With my solo stuff, I really want to earn the respect of an older audience. I don’t think there’s any shame in trying to write music that will be recognised by people I admire. Bono. I have big goals. I want to have two number one singles back-to-back as a solo artist.”

In 2014, he entered the Celebrity Big Brother house, where he finished in second place behind comedian Jim Davidson. He went on to release an EP in December 2015, which hit number 150 on the UK charts, and released his most recent album, Fortune, in 2021. He is still working on his music, which he promotes on his social media.

The group re-formed in May 2022, releasing the single Charmer followed by a sold-out UK arena tour. But Dappy later claimed he hadn’t been paid for the tour and vowed to never perform with the group again.

It’s not known if Dappy is romantically involved with anyone currently. He was in a long-term relationship with Kaye Vassell, with whom he shares two sons – Gino and Milo.

She later moved on and found love again, with convicted triple murderer Deandra Buchanan, who previously featured in the Netflix documentary, I Am A Killer. It was reported they were engaged in 2020, although this has not been confirmed.

Most recently, fans feared his relationship with Tulisa was under strain when they both unfollowed each other on Instagram. In February, she cryptically wrote: “This week has been chaotic . . . I’m learning to adapt, viewing it as a challenge/opportunity for growth.

“I’m exhausted, and there’s a lot happening outside/around me that’s out of my control, but I’m finding meaning in the mayhem, lessons in the lows, growth through the grit. I’ve still laughed, smiled, felt joy and so grateful for all the love surrounding me, and within. I’m happy, letting go, adapting and thriving in chaos. This week has been perfectly imperfect.”

The Sun reported at the time that the pair were no longer on speaking terms. But any issues seem to have been put to bed as the cousins both now follow each other on the platform again, with both of them promoting the tour announcement on their socials.

Fazer

When N-Dubz went on a hiatus in 2011, Fazer continued to work in the music industry but stepped away from the mic, focusing instead on producing behind the scenes. His career in this field has seen him work with some big names, including Rihanna, Jessie J, and Rita Ora.

Fazer has also recorded and released his own solo material, including his 2022 single Tears. And it seems he also has his eye on working in the film industry one day.

Speaking to The Metro, he said previously: “I really want to start looking to venture into doing movie soundtracks. I feel like I could do the next Avatar soundtrack!” He also told the online publication that his goal is to be “the next Hans Zimmer”.

But Fazer’s true passion is his family. He is very happily loved-up with girlfriend Ashley Havelin, with whom he shares four children.

The couple met more than a decade ago through mutual friends, going on to welcome daughter Ava, 11, and, more recently, twins Zariah and Zaviar, and son Zander.

While Fazer will often share updates on his family life on social media, he previously told the Mail that he’d be keen to share more of his day-to-day activity with a reality show.

“It would just be bedlam,” he told the publication with a laugh. “I think it would probably be one of the most watched things on TV, because it’s so crazy!… I think we’d give the Osbournes a run for their money.”

Tulisa

Tulisa initially stayed in the spotlight following the band’s hiatus. She went on to join the X-Factor judging panel in 2011, becoming the show’s youngest judge at just 23-years-old. She also mentored Little Mix during their rise to fame through the show and enjoyed a solo career of her own, with varying success.

However, subsequent controversies, including a sex tape scandal and arrest over drug allegations, led her to take a step back from the showbiz world. In 2014, charges were brought against her after an undercover reporter from The Sun – ‘Fake Sheikh’ Mazher Mahmood – claimed she’d brokered a deal to supply Class A drugs. The drugs trial collapsed after the reporter was found to have lied in his evidence, and Mahmood received a 15-month prison sentence.

Tulisa continued to keep a low profile until 2024, when she returned in a major way as a contestant on the 24th series of I’m A Celebrity.

The star joined the likes of Danny Jones, Rev Richard Coles and Coleen Rooney in the jungle reality show. But her time was short-lived, and she was the third contestant to be booted out. Most recently, she has released a book titled Judgement: Love, Trials, and Tribulations.

Unsurprisingly, Tulisa’s love life has been of great interest to her fans – and she’s made plenty of headlines along the way, dating stars including The Wanted’s Max George, actor Jack O Connell, Shameless star Jody Latham, and even her longtime friend and bandmate Fazer (from mid 2010 until February 2012). She also had a high-profile romance in 2017 with David King, the nephew and music producer of icon Cher. In October 2025, it was reported that she was dating legal cannabis kingpin Maximillian White, who became a billionaire thanks to his medical marijuana business.

A source told the Sun at the time: “Tulisa and Max have been on a few low-key dates and she seems really happy. Max is treating her like a princess, and they get on very well. They went to Portugal together last month, and although she didn’t post any pictures with Max, he could be seen in the background of some of her snaps.”

It came a year after Tulisa’s stint on I’m A Celebrity, during which she revealed that she was celibate. She told her campmates, “I feel like I’m demisexual. I need to have a really close emotional bond with someone. I need actual depth . . . I’m a slow, slow burner. I’ve been celibate for over three years.”

Having spent so much of her life in the public eye, Tulisa has recently taken a different approach. She has turned her back on the party scene and prioritises her happiness and wellbeing, which has meant some big changes. In her recent book, Judgement: Love, Trials, and Tribulations, she revealed she has relocated to Cheshire in order to be close to her best friend Michelle McKenna, her husband Daniel and their daughter Nevaeh – Tulisa’s goddaughter.

According to Tulisa, she is much more of an introvert these days, embracing her quiet life in the country – bar the occasional blowout or fun holiday. Instead, she says she is focused on her fitness, health, and mental well-being, which includes meditation, structure, and routine.

For the past year, she has been living in her dream home, which she spent six months doing up, in a quiet countrified area in the middle of nowhere.

“Honestly, I’m a bit of a nerd in my spare time,” she shared. “I’ve gone back to being an avid reader like I was in my teens. I’m obsessed with Ancient History and Ancient Alien theories. I’m currently on my fifth read of The Emerald Tablets of Thoth the Atlantean. I watch all things fantasy, play PlayStation, and of course, I still love to cook, especially in my new kitchen.”

It’s not known what caused her reported fallout with Dappy in February. After unfollowing him on Instagram and sharing her first cryptic message, she shared a subsequent update, writing: “Last week’s chaos has calmed. This week has been reflective. I’ve been doing a lot of inner work and taking the time to process it all, putting together the pieces and puzzles.”

While this supposed row initially sparked concerns that a reunion tour wouldn’t be on the cards anytime soon, it now appears that fans can breathe a sigh of relief.
