Coming into today’s decisive contest, Gabby Williams’ squad is up 3-2 — and one win away from the title in just their second year of existence — after a commanding 64-55 win at San Francisco’s Chase Center.

“We did our job here but now it’s about getting our rest and recovery because we have to level up,” Golden State coach Natalie Nakase said after Game 5.
“That’s going to be a very ruthless Atlanta team that wants it just as much. You can never count them out.”
Although it seems like this should be a primetime matchup, the game was rescheduled to 12:30 p.m. because the Atlanta Hawks are playing at the 17,000-seat State Farm Arena as well today. They go head-to-head with the Cavs at 8 p.m.
