The company has acquired many iconic brands such as Playtex, Escada, La Senza, Club Monaco, Sunset magazine, Ralph Lauren and many others.
Apart from being a successful businessman, Michael is also a trained attorney, who has earned his law degree from Pepperdine University after graduating from the University of Southern California. Not just this, Reinstein is also a member of the California State Bar. Before his stint with Regent, Reinstein co-founded the USN television network and also served as CEO of The Franklin Mint and the digital entertainment platform CinemaNow.

Each party has agreed to cover its own legal fees and expenses, citing monthly incomes reportedly exceeding USD 100,000 each. There is also no information about a prenuptial agreement. Keith and Nicole share two daughters, and as per the new parenting plan, the girls will primarily stay at the actress’s residence for 306 days of the year, while the singer has been granted 59 days annually, with visitation scheduled for every other weekend.
