Everything you need to know about Tyson Fury’s dog Cash after Netflix tribute
- Tyson Fury has paid a heartfelt tribute to his beloved £20,000 guard dog Cash in the latest series of his Netflix show At Home with the Furys. The heavyweight boxing champion’s rottweiler sadly passed away, with a touching memorial appearing at the end of episode nine reading “In loving memory of Cash.”
- Fury purchased the guard dog for an estimated £20,000 in June 2022 from Elite Protection Dogs. The London-based dealer specialises in training dogs from a young age to protect homes and react to intruders.
- The boxer had previously opened up about his lack of privacy in Morecambe, confessing: “I’ve been in Morecambe for 17 years, and there’s no personal life.” Cash appeared in episode eight being fed by 13-year-old Prince Fury, and the tribute was featured in the following episode nine.
- Since the show was filmed last year, the timing of the dog’s death remains unclear. However, fans have been sharing their well wishes for the Fury family since March this year.
- Fury was known to share sweet Instagram photos with Cash, including one captioned: “A man’s best friend. Always happy to see you.” The Fury family have since moved to the Isle of Man following the filming of the second series.
