WWE is still headed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel 2026, despite rising tensions in the Middle East.
With WWE making at least $50 million per show as part of its agreement with Saudi Arabia, the company decided to move full steam ahead with its annual Crown Jewel PLE. One major change is that the event has been moved from its originally planned outdoor venue of Riyadh Season Stadium to an indoor arena known as “The Venue,” which hosted last Saturday’s Canelo Alvarez boxing match.

Crown Jewel will be WWE’s last major event before Survivor Series: WarGames later this month. It will feature a pair of Crown Jewel Championship matches as well as what is expected to be the blowoff match between Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes.

WWE Crown Jewel 2026 Predictions
Men’s WWE Crown Jewel Championship: Roman Reigns Vs. Sami Zayn
There were two recent Roman Reigns matches where WWE fans were holding out hope that he might lose: against Penta in Mexico and against LA Knight at Money in the Bank.
Of course, Reigns wound up winning both of those matches to set up this match with Sami Zayn at Crown Jewel. The key differences here, though, are that Reigns will not be defending his World Heavyweight Championship against Zayn while Reigns is finally directly involved with The Bloodline’s 946.

For that reason, there is a non-zero chance that Reigns loses to Zayn with an assist from 946 to help set up the expected Survivor Series: WarGames bout between 946 and The Bloodline. That is, unless WWE decides to keep Reigns unbeaten until his probable blockbuster WrestleMania 43 bout against Oba Femi.
Reigns is next to invincible, but in order for WWE to turn up the heat on The Bloodline’s rivalry with 946, Reigns should lose after interference from the heel stable.
Prediction: Zayn via assistance from 946
Women’s WWE Crown Jewel Championship: Liv Morgan Vs. Chelsea Green
Chelsea Green is one of the worst-booked world champions in recent WWE history. She seems to lose far more often than she wins, and generally speaking, isn’t taken as seriously as most of WWE’s champions.

In fact, Green is really just holding that title warm until Tiffany Stratton ultimately cashes in her Money in the Bank briefcase on her supposed friend. That’s why it doesn’t really matter, at least in WWE creative’s eyes, if Green consistently loses matches despite holding the WWE Women’s Championship.
At WWE Crown Jewel, she will face Liv Morgan in a champion vs. champion’s match, and with Morgan having the clear numbers advantage thanks to The Judgment Day, this seemingly sould be a win for Morgan. But instead, look for Green to pull off a fluke victory that would set the stage for something bigger after the match is over.
Prediction: Green
Here’s the ideal way to book this: Green barely beats Morgan, then Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez beat down Green after the match. Out comes Stratton, who looks like she’s going to assist Green but instead blasts Green with the Money in the Bank briefcase, cashes it in, hits the Prettiest Moonsault Ever and pins Green to win the WWE Women’s Championship.

That is a logical booking move given Stratton’s repeated failed attempts on Morgan and WWE’s need to turn Stratton to the dark side.
Bonus Prediction: Stratton successfully cashes in on Green and turns heel
Last Man Standing Match: Cody Rhodes Vs. Randy Orton
The Last Man Standing Match between Orton and Rhodes should serve as the final match of what has been a boring and underwhelming rivalry.
This feud has simply never clicked since Pat McAfee got involved, and though WWE has spent months trying to save it, it’s clear that it has done more harm than good to the characters of both Orton and Rhodes. The central story here is WWE teasing that Rhodes will finally “go to that dark place” and punt kick Orton into oblivion.

Rhodes should win, and any other finish would be largely lack any logic give the recent trajectory of this rivalry.
Prediction: Rhodes wins via the punt kick
World Tag Team Championship: The Vision’s Bron Breakker And Austin Theory As. Je’Von Evans And Penta
The Vision, in well over 100 days as champions, have had exactly zero successful title defenses, and that likely won’t change at WWE Crown Jewel.
It was clear when Bron Breakker and Austin Theory beat The Street Profits for the belts back in July that WWE didn’t really have any long-term plans for the duo as champions. Now, it feels like the right time for a title change as Je’Von Evans and Penta have formed a very popular tag team that came together unexpectedly but naturally.

Penta is Mr. Money in the Bank, but there’s nothing to suggest that he is going to cash in his briefcase anytime soon. In other words, he needs a storyline to keep himself busy until he does cash in. A brief tag team title run alongside Evans can do the trick, and perhaps, elevate a stagnant tag team division on Raw.
Prediction: Evans and Penta win the World Tag Team Championship
