وأوضح المركز أن البرنامج يستهدف دعم المزارعين المستوفين للاشتراطات، من أبرزها أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية وألا يقل عمره عن 21 عامًا، وأن يكون مالكًا أو مستأجرًا للمزرعة، إضافة إلى حصوله على رخصة ممارسة النشاط «حصر»، وألا تتجاوز مساحة المزرعة 50 دونمًا، وعدد النخيل المثمر 500 نخلة، إلى جانب توفر شهادة ترشيد المياه.
وأشار إلى أنه في حال تجاوز عدد المتقدمين الأعداد المستهدفة، سيتم اختيار المستفيدين وفق معايير أولوية محددة، تشمل الحاصلين على وثيقة العمل الحر، والأقل دخلًا، والمتزوجين، والأكبر سنًا.
ودعا المركز الراغبين في التسجيل إلى التقديم عبر البوابة الإلكترونية من خلال الرابط: ncpd.gov.sa، أو الاستفادة من رمز الاستجابة السريعة المرفق، مؤكدًا استمرار جهوده في دعم المزارعين ورفع كفاءة الإنتاج بما يسهم في تحقيق مستهدفات التنمية الزراعية.
