Visakhapatnam: Five girl students of the Eklavya Model Residential School at Lakkeput village in Pedabayalu mandal of ASR district fell sick on Tuesday and were rushed to the Primary Health Centre at Pedabayalu. They were discharged within an hour after treatment. Officer on Special Duty P.S.N. Murthy, who visited the school, said there was no outbreak or food poisoning. “They all had diarrhoea and were brought to normal condition after treatment,” he said. Samples of food and patient reports have been sent to a laboratory for analysis, he added.
