وقال مندوب اليمن في الأمم المتحدة، السفير عبد الله علي فضل السعدي، إن بعض القيادات والقوى اختارت الاستمرار في تقويض مؤسسات الدولة، والسعي إلى عرقلة تنفيذ الالتزامات الوطنية والدولية، وتعطيل عمل الحكومة، ودعم مجاميع مسلحة من شأنها تهديد السلم الأهلي، والإضرار بالعملية الانتقالية والجهود الحميدة التي يدعمها هذا المجلس لتحقيق التسوية الشاملة في البلاد وللدستور والقانون.
