The film witnessed stronger footfalls as the day progressed, with evening and night shows recording significantly better occupancy than morning screenings. As per Sacnilk, Dhamaal 4 registered an overall occupancy of 24.5%, comprising 8.3% in morning shows, 19.1% in the afternoon, 24.8% in the evening, and 42.2% during the night shows.

While this film managed to earn more than the first day earnings of Ajay’s recent films such as Azaad and Runway 34, it earned less than its predecessor, Total Dhamaal. Akshay Kumar’s recent release Welcome to the Jungle also collected more than Dhamaal 4 on its first day.

Filmfare’s Review of Dhamaal 4

Filmfare’s Reviewer gave the film 3 out of 5 stars and wrote, “The biggest issue is exhaustion. Every scene aims for maximum volume. Every joke arrives at full speed. Every chase tries to top the previous one. The film rarely allows audiences to breathe, making the relentless barrage of shouting, running and crashing increasingly repetitive. Comedy often benefits from rhythm; Dhamaal 4 mistakes volume for momentum. Yet complaining about logic in a Dhamaal film feels slightly absurd. Nobody buys a ticket expecting sophisticated storytelling. They come to watch grown men behave like escaped inmates from a particularly chaotic circus, and on that front the film delivers exactly what it promises.”
