VISAKHAPATNAM: The Parvathipuram Manyam district administration has intensified preparations for Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan’s proposed visit, with collector Dr N. Prabhakar Reddy directing officials to complete all arrangements on a priority basis.
Chairing a review meeting at the district collectorate on Monday, the collector noted that only two days remained before the visit. He instructed officials from all departments to remain available until the programme concluded and stressed interdepartmental coordination to ensure the tour ran smoothly.
Dr Prabhakar Reddy directed district revenue officer K. Hemalatha to prepare and circulate a minute-by-minute itinerary for the Deputy Chief Minister’s programme. Officials from Saluru and other areas were instructed to report for duty immediately. The collector said he would personally inspect the arrangements in the field from Tuesday.
Officials from the rural water supply, panchayat raj and other departments were asked to coordinate their efforts and keep detailed information on development and welfare programmes in their respective jurisdictions ready. The collector said all departments should be prepared to present progress reports and respond promptly to requirements during the visit.
