Former Little Mix star Leigh-Anne took part in a Di Petsa show celebrating motherhood that she later branded ‘probably the most empowered I’ve ever felt’.
Pregnant Leigh-Anne Pinnock delivered a soaking at London Fashion Week when she appeared on the catwalk with milky liquid spraying from her bra.
The former Little Mix singer, 34, who is expecting her third child with footballer husband Andre Gray, appeared in a white bralette and skirt as part of fashion house Di Petsa’s Holy Milk show.
There were gasps from the crowd when she stood on the runway with liquid spraying from two concealed jets onto the faces of two models sitting at her feet.
Leigh-Anne, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2011, also had tears dripping down her face and wore a gold necklace and mismatched earrings.
The star told her Instagram followers after the show that it was “probably the most empowered I’ve ever felt”.
She said to the Standard after the show: “When the milk came out, I was like: ‘Yes!’ I think the way that this show just celebrated motherhood and nurturement was just something so beautiful.
“And sometimes I feel like we shy away. When we’re pregnant, it’s not really something that’s celebrated in fashion. So to be able to be a part of a show as special as this is amazing. Incredible.”
Leigh-Anne teased before the show that she was about to “check something very special off the bucket list”.
The singer announced her pregnancy in July with a video that showed her baby bump as she worked in a music studio. She captioned it: “As one chapter ends, another begins.”
Leigh-Anne already shares five-year-old twin daughters with former Watford and Burnley forward Gray, 35. The pair do not share the names of their children.
The previous day Kate Moss made her customary London Fashion Week appearance, this time with model daughter Lila, 23, at the Home House private members club.
Kate, 52, wore a black zip-up jumpsuit and heels while Lila, her only child with ex Jefferson Hack, 55, posed in a pastel pink minidress.
