Aamir Khan Getting Married At The Age Of 61, Ready To Make It Official With Gauri Spratt

Aamir Khan is in the seventh heaven as he has found his ‘Mrs Right’ in Gauri Spratt. He met Gauri when Aamir was in no mood to fall in love and believed that he was going to live his life alone in his home. But love knocked at his door as he reconnected with his once old friend. The two fell in love, and they decided to hop on the sweet journey of love. Now, they are all set to make it official.

Aamir Khan is all set to get married at the age of 61 for the third time. After making his relationship official with Gauri and sharing how his heart became gentle again with her arrival two years back, the actor is ready to make it official. As per a report by Hautterfly, Gauri and Aamir will be getting married in a private ceremony on July 5, 2026. 

It will be a close-knit affair, and family and close friends will only attend the celebration. However, it is worth mentioning that there has not been any official confirmation made by Aamir or Gauri. But the report has left many of Aamir’s fans super happy as they have been wanting to know the future of the two’s relationship, since their kids are also involved in the relationship.

When Aamir Khan talked about marrying again in his 60s

When Aamir Khan appeared on Raj Shamani’s podcast and bared his heart about his life and career. At one point, Raj questioned Aamir about what changed his decision not to marry again. In response, Aamir instantly replied, ‘Gauri,’ proving she is the biggest green flag. Further, the superstar revealed that three years back, he thought that he would not find anyone at this age.

However, since Aamir had started taking therapy, which made him realise that he should first love and prioritise himself. Only then would he be able to take care of or love someone fully. Aamir stated that he thought his relationship with the kids and his mother was enough for him. He revealed that he had an extremely strong bond with his ex-wives, Reena and Kiran, and he still shares it. But when Gauri came into his life, she changed him. He was quoted as saying:

“Gauri, vo mujhe mili, kyunki us waqt mujhe laga tha ki ab meri umer bhi hogayi hai. Is umer mein mai kaha dhunduga. Meri therapy bhi shuru hogya thi. Mujhe samjh aa gya tha ki mai jise pyaar karun toh vo pehle apne ap se karun. Pehle self-love and self-respect par mai ne dhayan dena shuru kiya. Aur us waqt mujhe laga, mai apne dosto ko bhi kehta tha ki mere bahut gehre rishte rahe hai Reena se or Kiran ke saath or hum aaj bhi dost hai aur aaj bhi bahut ijjat hai. Toh mujhe nai lagta ki mujhe ab koi milega 58 mai 59 ka hogya mujhe kaha ab milega. 2-3 years back I felt like ki mujhe kaha koi milega. Toh vo by mistake mai aur Gauri mile, dosti bani, connect hua.”

He once stated that he was looking for someone who would give him peace and calmness, and there she was. For those who don’t know, Aamir Khan has been married twice, and he is still cordial with his ex-wives, Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao. During the interaction, Aamir addressed the burning question about his marriage plans with Gauri. He laughed and stated that he is completely committed, but he has been married twice, and getting a third time at 60 won’t look nice.
