Hyderabad:Jaidev Goud of Sagar XI emerged the standout performer of Tuesday’s action with his allround show in the Hyderabad Cricket Association’s ‘C’ Division League matches played at various grounds in the City.
Jaidev scored an unbeaten 182, hitting 29 fours and four sixes in his 117-ball innings to power his side to 364/6 in 50 overs. He then returned to claim five wickets for 26 runs as St Andrews were bowled out for 156 in 37.5 overs.
Several other centurions dominated the batting statistics. G. Advaith Reddy made an unbeaten 130 for Gaganmahal, while Devawath Manish Nagar struck 124 and Harshdeep Singh scored 101 for SA Amberpet. Chetan Aditya also made 124 for Vijaypuri Willowmen, while Ranga Rao P’s 111 helped HCA District-8 post 306/6.
The bowling highlights included Mohd Amaanuddin’s outstanding 6/30 for Sri Shyam, alongside five-wicket hauls from Parv Soni, P. Ruthvik Kumar, Gounish Sriramula, Pawan Kumar, Risheek Roshan, Abdul Raqeeb and M. Nishanth Reddy.

Meanwhile, Medjee Junior College (Secunderabad) won the Under-16 Schools & Colleges tournament with a comfortable 85-run win over St Andrews High School (Bowenpally).
Batting first, Medjee posted 313/9 in 50 overs with Aneesh Karthik narrowly missing his century with 95, while V. Anirudh Naik added 55. In reply, St Andrews High School batted through the full 50 overs but could only reach 228/9, led by Virat Kasyap’s 61.
