TOWIE star Amy Childs opens up about married life, family and her ongoing feud with co-stars Joe and Junaid in a new interview

We’ve followed the ups and downs of Amy Childs’ love life since the very start of The Only Way Is Essex – but she’ll be starting series 37 as a married woman.

Amy, 35, tied the knot with hubby Billy Delbosq at Marylebone Town Hall on April 11, wearing a stunning white dress with a lace bodice and floor-length cape.

The clearly delighted star confirmed it was just the start of the couple’s celebrations when she wrote on Instagram, “Still can’t believe I am married, I’m still in a bubble and I don’t want it to end. However we are onto planning our next wedding (a lot to do in so little time) @billydelbosq8 lets do this babe.”

The pair are parents to twins Milly and Billy, who have just turned three. Here, Amy – who also has daughter Polly and son Ritchie – opens up about family life, new TOWIE star Wills Childs (her brother) and why she isn’t ready to bury the hatchet with co-stars Joe and Junaid…

Hi Amy! How are you and Billy?

Good. Really good. We’re trying to spend a bit more time together. It’s about quality time. The twins start school in September – Polly’s school – they start aged three. They’ll have Polly for two years at her school, then she will go to secondary school. They’ve got so grown up. I look at them and just think, “Oh my God, how are you three?”

How are they sleeping?

I don’t know. They’ve got their own beds, so they can get up – and they do get up and get their toys out. I said to Bill last night, “They’ve got the toys out!” The other night at 11 o’clock, I’m like, “I’m so tired.” I had to help Polly with her homework, take her to gymnastics and to dancing, then pick the twins up. I bathed the twins, bathed the kids. I love them so much, but it’s bloody tiring.

Your brother Wills has been a big hit on TOWIE…

He actually got asked to do the very first episode of TOWIE but he was too busy at work. I said, one day you’re going to be on TOWIE… and do you know what? His time is now. He’s single. He’s the loveliest person ever. Not that I’m biased! Everyone loves to be around him – his aura, his personality. It probably just wasn’t meant to be all those years ago.

Have you tried to set him up with anyone on the show?

Yes, I’d like him to have a few dates – I’m not going to say with who. But Wills will meet someone. He’s newly single. The right girl will come. It’s early days. He doesn’t need to rush anything because it’s such a small group. He’s fitting in really well – like a glove.

Are you and Harry good now?

Yes, the whole Joe and Junaid thing is quite boring now, but I think we have to remember what these two boys have done to Harry. I will never talk to them ever again. I don’t want anything to do with them. People are like, “Get over it”, but right now, it is still very raw.

TOWIE returns Sunday 26 April at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, airing every Sunday and Monday at 9pm
