As Hyderabad grows, its grasslands are shrinking. But what if urban development could make room for nature to thrive?
At Stonecraft Woods Shamshabad, 18 acres of a 60-acre development have been dedicated to a Miyawaki forest. Home to 4.5 lakh native trees, 141 bird species and over 153 medicinal, aromatic, fruiting and flowering plant species, it offers a different perspective on how we build.
From identifying native plant species to rescuing century-old trees, discover how this forest took shape.
