Adilabad:Authorities of Basar IIIT said a fact-finding committee had been constituted to examine the reported incident of a cockroach found in breakfast served to students, and a show-cause notice had been issued to the caterer.
According to an official statement, the committee observed that the cockroach was found intact and raised doubts over the claim, stating that it would likely have disintegrated if it had been cooked along with the aloo kurma.
The committee alleged that outsiders were involved in the issue and were spreading false information, leading to unrest and disturbance on the campus.
